Terms
1. About Trigger Tool
Trigger Tool is independently developed Windows desktop software for monitoring, calibration, session tracking, strategy workflows and user-configured desktop actions.
Trigger Tool is not a casino, gambling operator, payment service or wagering platform.
2. No casino or operator affiliation
Trigger Tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with any casino, gambling operator, game provider or betting platform.
Technical compatibility with a third-party web environment does not create or imply any commercial, legal or official relationship with that third party.
3. Current compatibility
The bot currently supports 15 Runner and Calibration table profiles. The Monitor currently supports 32 tables within one supported third-party web environment.
Supported profiles, table availability, links and compatibility may change if the third-party environment changes. Trigger Tool does not control third-party websites, tables, software, game providers or service availability.
4. License and device activation
Use of the paid desktop application requires a valid Trigger Tool license key. A license may be linked to an authorized device during activation.
Device binding is used to control licensed access. Where supported, an authorized device may be reset by Trigger Tool administration so the license can be activated again.
License keys may be blocked, restored, replaced or invalidated where required for account administration, abuse prevention, technical support or compliance with these Terms.
5. Software updates
Trigger Tool supports managed desktop updates. Updates may be offered as optional or required releases.
Required updates may be necessary for continued compatibility, security, licensing, bug fixes or operation of supported features.
Trigger Tool may verify the downloaded update before installation using file integrity checks.
6. User responsibility
The user remains responsible for:
- their own decisions and limits;
- their third-party account, balance and financial transactions;
- meeting any age, location or eligibility requirements that apply to the third-party service;
- complying with applicable laws, regulations and third-party terms;
- maintaining control of their license key and computer.
7. Financial separation
Trigger Tool does not hold player funds, receive stakes, settle wagers or receive commissions based on betting activity.
Any gambling account, balance, deposit, withdrawal or financial transaction remains entirely with the third-party casino used by the user.
8. No guarantee of results
Trigger Tool does not guarantee winnings, profit, financial return, improved odds or any particular outcome.
Trigger Tool does not claim to remove or eliminate the financial risk inherent in gambling.
8. No refunds
After any purchase of a subscription, there's no refund possible.
9. Permitted use
The user receives a limited, personal right to use Trigger Tool subject to a valid license and these Terms.
Unless expressly permitted, users must not:
- sell, sublicense, rent or redistribute Trigger Tool or a license key;
- circumvent license validation, device binding or access controls;
- modify, tamper with or interfere with the update or licensing service;
- use Trigger Tool for unlawful activity.
10. Availability and technical limitations
Trigger Tool depends in part on third-party environments and may stop working correctly if those environments change.
No statement on this website guarantees uninterrupted availability, permanent compatibility or error-free operation.
11. Intellectual property
Trigger Tool software, branding, website content and original assets remain the property of their respective owner(s).
Third-party names, table names and marks are used only to identify compatibility and remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Suspension and termination
Access to a license may be blocked or terminated where there is misuse, unauthorized redistribution, attempted circumvention of licensing, fraud, unlawful use or a material breach of these Terms.
13. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the law applicable to the customer.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trigger Tool is provided without any guarantee of financial outcome, third-party availability or uninterrupted compatibility.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
